| Scope |
This project consists of the new construction of a 47,305SF Field House at the Schuylkill Valley High School. The proposed construction work includes but is not limited to the following: preparation of site for the building and site amenities including on-site storm water infiltration system, new stadium plaza area with walkways from the ticket booth and from the high school parking lot; construction of a new 1-story pre-engineered building consisting of one gabled structure containing the gymnasium, fitness center, concessions, stadium toilets, team locker rooms and athletic trainer space. - Our bids are due to the owner on 01/20/2026 at 2:00pm. Please have your bids to us no later than 01/19/2026 at 4:00pm.
- Pre bid meeting on 01/08/2026 at 4:00pm if you need to see the site.
- Anticipated Start Date April 6, 2026
- Substantial Completion April 1, 2027
- There are 6 Unit Cost Allowances Please review (012100) and provide all that apply with your bid.
- There are 10 Unit Prices. Please review (012400) and provide all that apply with your bid.
- There are 6 Alternates. Please review (012300) and provide all that apply with your bid.
- This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner.
- Prevailing wages do apply. Please bid accordingly.
- No pre bid substitutions please bid with listed products.
- All RFI questions must be submitted by 1/13/2026 by 3:pm (7-days) prior to the bid date, please review documents early so we can get clarifications that may be needed.
- The project owner or eciConstruction will not pay any materials increases after a bid is submitted. Please include any required materials increases in your bid.
